General

The Wedding Ceremony will start at 4:00pm, guests can start to arrive from 3:30pm onwards. Weather pending, the Ceremony will be held outdoors on the West Deck Patio of the Yacht Club. If the weather is uncooperative, the Ceremony will be moved indoors into the Dining Space.

Following the Ceremony, there will be a cocktail reception with a couple’s signature cocktail, an open bar, and passed canapes and food stations. The reception will start around 5:30pm with a toast and then mingling to follow after. 

Guests can feel free to wander around the Club and docks. We will have the second floor dining space and outdoor patios for our event. We ask that guests refrain from entering the dining space on the ground floor, this is reserved for the Yacht Club Members. Washrooms are located on the ground floor.

We will have the space until 10:00pm, and the Yacht Club’s bar has its last call at 9:30pm. Both the Club and ourselves would like to ask that everyone plan their safe transportation home in advance of arriving; we want to ensure that everyone has a good time and makes it home safely!


Dress Code

With an outdoor Ceremony in the spring, we are suggesting a cocktail or semi-formal attire. Dress comfortably [but not too comfortably!], and if you feel inspired by the Yacht Club, you can add your own nautical twist.

 
 

The food service will be a cocktail reception with a combination of staff with trays of Canapes and Hors D’oeuvres and various stations throughout the dining space and patio; with an open bar in the dining space and additional bar space outdoors.

We will have a Couple’s Cocktail at the bar; details to be announced!

There will be a wide selection of food for guests, but if you have any severe allergies please indicate that in the “Additional Information or Questions” section in the RSVP form so we can be aware of your needs.
